Purchased a Mercedes CLA this week from Proveeda. Travelled from London and was not disappointed with the car but both myself and family member commented on how well we were taken care of. Salesperson was Lewis and credit to the company. Great handover and walk through, which I have to say is a great touch and needed with new tech nowadays. Having to do a reg transfer and Lewis had the admin done in minutes due to great prep. Would have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from this business and Lewis, although I am sure whole team is great.

Chelsea is absolutely fantastic at her job. Listens to what you are looking for and does her utmost to fulfill your needs and is always so friendly and willing. Our third purchase from Proveeda and I’m confident won’t be our last. You are made to feel valued and important and very well looked after at all stages of the process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a car.

Great company! Been using Proveeda for years. They are unlike the normal dealers. Proveeda offer a premium service like no other. I’m a fussy customer and I know what I want. Even if they don’t stock it. They go to market and find it for me. Saving me hassle, and using their knowledge, I know I’m buying a car that had had vigorous checks!
Never a pressured sale, no pesty marketing phone calls!
The aftermarket is fantastic also, nothing is ever too much for them.
I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

Don’t often leave a review, but I recently took delivery of a used Porsche from Proveeda without seeing it in person, Chelsea provided clear, detailed information, walked me through the vehicle and its history, and arranged delivery with total professionalism (Nige thanks for making the long trip). Everything happened exactly as promised and without a single hitch.
I’m sure Proveeda already know what an asset they have in her, but if Christmas bonuses haven’t been decided yet, I’d say a bottle of wine will not cut it.

I Visited Proveeda today for a full service on my 2024 Isuzu D-Max Vcross, from start of contact with Calvin I was treated professionally, comprehensively, no messing about or trying to oversell me anything, just a real genuine and much appreciated service.

I was able to book in quickly, with a time slot for my service, my vehicle was taken in bang on, handled with care and respect and the service carried out in a timely fashion as I was told to expect.

I was recommended by a colleague to contact Simon Jones at Proveeda regarding a replacement car. After a brief conversation with him he soon established a spec for my new car. Within a short time he had located an immaculate low mileage vehicle. Given a fair price for my car, and a service and MOT included for the new car, a deal was done.

Simon is a perfectionist and ensured that every part of the spec that we had agreed on was met and went beyond. He also helped me complete the paperwork for the extended warranty and transfer my number plates onto the newcar.

I left with the new car and felt that I had been treated with fairness and honesty in my dealings with Proveeda.

Nothing but the best experience from these guys! What an absolutely well ran company, The process was fast and easy!! We drove over 8 hours to get my hands on a new vehicle and within 24 hours of initially sending the first message I was driving out with a new motor!
