Wow!!! The level of service I received from Proveeda is genuinely unmatched. From first contacting Simon, to the delivery of my new car everything was absolutely perfect. I have had quite poor experiences buying cars in the past, and Proveeda has turned that around. I would genuinly recommend anyone to use them for their next purchase. I bought the car remotely as I live quite far from Proveeda, and in circumstances like this communication is key, and I can’t fault it one bit. Simon kept in touch all along the way, I was fully informed at every step and always knew were things were up to. The vehicle delivery was seamless (thank you Filipe!) and to top it off came with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The price was also far better than what I had seen anywhere else. I would rate Proveeda 1,000 stars if I could. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I’ll happily use them for every car I ever buy.

I recently bought a McLaren 570S ftom Proveeda. The whole experience has been one of the best buying experiences of a car I’ve had over the last 25 years. Firstly, the quality of their stock is incredibly high and you can tell they scrutinise their stock very carefully before recommending them to customers. Customer Service was brilliant and I was looked after by Chelsea from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the paper trail, service record and support through the whole buying and delivery process was outstanding. Proveeda also delivered the car on a covered trailer 125 miles from their site. Felipe looked after this part of the delivery and was equally impressive from a Customer Service point of view. Nothing was too much trouble and I will certainly be using this team again both to buy and sell my cars. Thanks so much.

Purchased a Mercedes CLA this week from Proveeda. Travelled from London and was not disappointed with the car but both myself and family member commented on how well we were taken care of. Salesperson was Lewis and credit to the company. Great handover and walk through, which I have to say is a great touch and needed with new tech nowadays. Having to do a reg transfer and Lewis had the admin done in minutes due to great prep. Would have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from this business and Lewis, although I am sure whole team is great.

Chelsea is absolutely fantastic at her job. Listens to what you are looking for and does her utmost to fulfill your needs and is always so friendly and willing. Great company! Been using Proveeda for years. They are unlike the normal dealers. Proveeda offer a premium service like no other. I’m a fussy customer and I know what I want. Even if they don’t stock it. They go to market and find it for me. Saving me hassle, and using their knowledge, I know I’m buying a car that had had vigorous checks!
Never a pressured sale, no pesty marketing phone calls!
The aftermarket is fantastic also, nothing is ever too much for them.
I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!
